JoAnne, Director of Education for the Jefferson County History and Art Center since 2000, develops and teaches educational programs for grades K-12, as well as curates the occasional exhibit.  Her latest exhibit showcased Black jewelry designer Bill Smith's costume jewelry collection.  

Winner of the 2007 Frank and Judy O'Banion Heritage Enrichment Award for her hands-on exhibits.
